I requested that the floor be washed, but when I returned to my apartment, it was still filthy—though this wasn't immediately obvious at first glance. I had to call them back for a second visit to ensure it was actually cleaned. Furthermore, the cleaners used my personal supplies instead of bringing their own; the individual who came was equipped with nothing more than a spray bottle. I was charged £200, plus an extra £35 for using a home steamer on the carpet in the tiny bedroom. Worst of all, my microfiber cloths for mopping were taken by the cleaners. Overall, this team is untrustworthy and clearly lacks the basic competence required for the job.
