I always ask for an initial free consultation before any appointments are booked so that expectations can be discussed and a cleaning plan can be designed, this way products used, rooms and standards can be prior agreed and everyone is kept in the loop! I offer weekly refreshes. End of tenancy deep cleans. Weekly rotation cleans. Full-day full house cleans. I provide my own cleaning materials/products but i ask to use clients own mop/hoover at this moment in time. (Please also note that if you have a dog it must be in another room of the home or not inside the property at time of cleaning - unless prior discussed)
