About me

These are my references : Monika has provided contract cleaning and housekeeping services for our short term lets business, CG Lets, for 5 years. The job is to fully reset the apartments each day and prepare them for the next set of guests – this involves changing bedding, cleaning living areas and bathrooms, ensuring consumables in the kitchen and bathroom are replenished, as well as small repair jobs, if they are able to be done without specialist equipment. Monika also does a deep clean of the properties when needed. Throughout the time working with Monika, we have been impressed by her work ethic and reliability. Her standard of cleaning is excellent, and on the very rare occasion we have needed to send a reminder about something, it has been corrected straight away. Monika also takes initiative in her work by informing us of repairs/replacements that are needed, as well as giving her own suggestions for improvements of both the properties and the cleaning/maintenance processes. Her English skills have also noticeably improved over this time. We can absolutely recommend Monika for a cleaning position.
