Unreliable. I sent a request, we got in touch. We agreed about the times and frequency required for the services. I asked her if she/he could send me a CV this was the response I got: “Hello Annaelle my CV for what purpose may I know? It's not normal no one ask for my CV, if you want to book us its ok if not it's ok anyway” and then this: “Iam a BOH manager in a 4 stars hotel and I have a small cleaning company”. First thing I noticed there, instead of understanding a new customers needs and requirements, I faced a big ego and emotions. If I’m going to entrust someone my groceries and access to my personal space and belongings, (Not a hotel) then that’s the least I can ask for. Uncommon? Yes, but legit, and for valid reasons. Not an attack to the company. Because I want to know who is coming to my space. Especially if it’s not just a one-off cleaning. She/He then said she will provide all information after the rotas is finished (in 2days). 7 days later, I haven’t heard back from her/him. I wasn’t even sure who I was talking to. Not even the name of the company was mentioned once. People need to understand that your job title doesn’t mean anything if you lack credibility and emotional intelligence. Not professional at all. Low-key a blessing, it didn’t work! This is exactly why some businesses thrive and others stay stuck in the same place for years.
